WHY: The conference will address key areas of faith including scripture, theology, and church teaching and explores how faith and action play out through media, politics, culture and art, science and technology, and other areas of public interest. These have multiple, competing perspectives, and increasingly, a “dictatorship of relativism” as coined by Pope Benedict XVI, confounding the right ways for Catholics to understand, judge and act.
